4. Gently pull back on the Frying
Basket Handle Release button to
unlock the basket’s position.
5. Slowly lower the filled basket into
the oil.
6. Ensure the handle is fully folded
into its groove to avoid accidental
catching.
7. You can check the food through
the window. If you open the lid
while cooking, be careful of the
steam produced; it may scald.
2. Fit the filled frying basket back in
its slots. While holding down the
edge of the fryer, push down till
the frying basket rests securely in
its raised position.
3. Close the lid of the fryer ensuring it
clicks. This will prevent oil or steam
from spattering or scalding when
lowering the basket.

Water droplets may appear under the edge of the lid while cooking. This is
normal. Carefully wipe away with a soft cloth. Wear oven gloves if necessary.
