BENDER ASSEMBLY AND MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

 10. Rotate the pump valve lever 

clockwise to the closed position 

and advance the hydraulic cylinder 

approximately 14" towards the ram 

positioner. DO NOT OVER EXTEND. 

Align the clevis holes with the ram 

positioner holes and insert the clevis 

pin. Secure the clevis pin with a 

spring clip.

11 . Fully insert one cylinder block pin through both frame 

sides in the holes marked for bending 3" conduit. The 

pin should be inserted in the frame side holes that are 

farthest away from the hydraulic cylinder as shown. 

Secure the pin with a spring clip.
