Nevertheless, accidents can and do occur. By riding this product, you waive the right to
sue and release and forever discharge Current Coaster Company, LLC, its owners, of-
ficers, directors employees and/or representatives from all claims, demands, damages,
costs, expenses, actions and causes of action in respect of death, injury, loss or damage
arising from the use of its products. You also agree to assume and accept all risks or seri-
ous bodily injury arising from the use of this product. This agreement is not intended to
assert any claims or defenses prohibited by law.
