The serial number is on the right hand side of the ap-
pliance.
It provides important technical information that is vital
in case of a request for maintenance or repair of the ap-
pliance: please do not remove, damage or modify it.
SMOKE EXTRACTION

The oven is fitted with a flue in the top to get rid of the
steam from the cooking chamber.
This steam with the one from the door during the work
phases, can be released into the room, without any need
to be conveyed outside.
