Trouble Shooting
Problem
Solution
Blender fails run
Increased vibration
and noise
Leaking from lid
Make sure power cord is firmly in the electric outlet.
Check to ensure switches are clean and moving freely.
Check to see if the overcurrent protection switch has
tripped, press the switch to reset.
The thermal protector may have shut the machine off.
Wait for motor to cool down with the power off in a
cool spot (about 20 minutes).
Place the machine on a level surface.
Make sure the PC cup set securely on the motor base
Container is too full, decrease the ingredients.
Place the lid tightly on the container.
Caution: Do not use blender if the PC cup is crack.
