Hotdog Vanilla Waffles
Ingredient:
All-purpose flour 1 1/4
Large Eggs 2
Cornstarch 1/4 cup
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
Sweetened, condensated milk 1 tbsp.
Fresh milk 1/4 cup
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Sausage 6 pcs.
1.In large bowl, 2 round sift or whisk
together flour, cornstarch, baking
powder; set aside.
2.In mixer bowl, beat butter with sugar
until stiff form.
3.Fill eggs and whisk together until
blend thoroughly. Using rubber spatula,
stir milk mixture into flour mixture,
blending just until dry ingredients
are moistened. (There should still be
small lumps; do not over mix). And
add condensated milk and fresh milk
until combined by rubber spatula using.
Fill vanilla extract into the batter and
stir batter until combined. Pour batter
onto hot, greased Hotdog waffle maker,
put hotdog on the batter and pour
batter is covered on hotdog. Closed
the top of hotdog waffle maker and
bake.
Waffles
Ingredient:
Cake flour 2 cups
Eggs, separated 2 large
Baking powder 1 tbsp.
Evaporated milk 2/3 cup
Granulated sugar 1/2
Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup (1 stick)
Pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
1.In large bowl, sift together of flour
and baking powder to blend
thoroughly. Add sugar into bowl and
mix to combined.
2.Open the whole of mixing bowl
and pour the melted butter, egg yolks,
evaporated milk and vanilla extract
into the whole.
3.Using whisk or rubber spatula, stir
buttermilk mixture into flour mixture,
blending just until dry ingredients are
moistened (There should still be small
lumps; do not over mix.); set aside.
4.Whisk egg whites in the high speed,
just until stiff form; set aside. Pour the
batter of flour mixture and buttermilk
mixture into the bowl of beaten
egg whites and fold in the batter
until until combined.
5.Pour batter onto hot, greased hotdog
waffle maker, put hotdog on the
batter and pour batter is covered on
hotdog.Closed the top of hotdog
waffle maker and bake about 2 minutes.
