MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
Always unplug before cleaning
To keep convection oven clean, just wipe with a warm, damp dishcloth.
If any splatter still remains, use a damp, sudsy dishcloth.
** Never immerse this unit in water **
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
When grease filter becomes to greasy, turn screws and lift filter out
Wash in hot sudsy water and rinse, shake dry.
Bowl and rack may be wash in the sink. Stubborn residue may be removed with plastic
scouring pad.
