VEGETARIAN PIZZA

Pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
•
2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce
•
3 mushrooms, sliced
•
¼ green pepper, sliced
•
¼ onion, sliced
•
Broccoli florets cut in small pieces
•
½ cup Mozzarella cheese
Using 10” pizza dough (fresh or store bought), spread 2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce.
Add mushrooms, green peppers, onions and broccoli.
Top with cheese and cook in preheated Pizza Oven at 375ºF for 15-20 min or until crust is
golden brown.
NAPOLETAN PIZZA

Pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
•
2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce
•
4 anchovy filets
•
Soft mozzarella cheese (Bocconcini) , cut up in four ¼ inch slices
•
Basil leaves
•
Olive oil
Using 10” pizza dough (fresh or store bought), spread 2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce.
Add mozzarella slices, place anchovy fillets on top on cheese.
Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle some olive oil.
Cook in preheated Pizza Oven at 375ºF for 15-20 min or until crust is golden brown.
