Basic Waffles

Makes 12 Waffles

Ingredients
250g plain flour
1 tbsp. caster sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
400ml semi skimmed milk
3 medium eggs
30ml vegetable oil

n

   Insert the waffle plates and preheat the machine to medium.

n

   Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until you have a 

smooth batter. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

n

   When the green light indicator shows, pour approximately 60ml of 

batter into each waffle plate.

n

   Close the lid and cook for approximately 3 to 3 ½ minutes.

n

   Remove the waffles and repeat with the remaining batter.
