QUICK TIPS

•   When using your blending tumblers,

ingredients are put in from hardest to softest

e.g. ice cubes, frozen fruit, spinach, milk etc.

•   Cut most foods into 2-3cm pieces to achieve

the most consistent results.

•   If food sticks to the sides of the tumbler when

blending, stop the blender and carefully

scrape down the food and replace blade to

continue blending again to combine.

•   When blending thicker mixtures, lightly hold

down the top of the tumbler to prevent

jumping.

•   After blending, flip the tumbler over so that

the blade assembly is on the top. Gently tap

the tumbler a few times to prevent any

spillage. Remove the blade and replace with

lid.

•   Some recipes may require more than a

minute of blending. Simply start blender

again, once the minute of continuous

blending has elapsed.
