Power Protein Smoothie

This on-the-go drink, packed with energy-dense 

ingredients, will keep you full, longer. 

Makes about 4 cups

1½   cups unsweetened soy, almond or hemp  
 

milk (cow’s milk may also be used)

tablespoons honey (optional) 

½  

 cup plain or vanilla yogurt,  
any fat variety

tablespoons protein powder

banana, quartered

2  

cups mixed frozen berries

1.   Put ingredients into the blender jar, in order 

listed.

2.   Blend  on  HIGH until smooth, about 45 

seconds. 

3. Serve immediately.

cup fresh strawberries, hulled

½    cup frozen mixed berries

cup frozen strawberries

2.   Blend  on  HIGH until smooth, about 45 

seconds.
