Q: The food processor vibrated/moved around the countertop during processing.
A: This is normal as some heavier loads (e.g. slicing/ shredding cheese) may require the
motor to work harder.
A: Make sure the rubber feet at the bottom of the unit are clean and dry. Also make sure
that the maximum load capacity is not being exceeded.
Q: Liquid is leaking from the small bowl into the large work bowl beneath
A: Check that the rubber seal is correctly fitted on the small work bowl.
A: Check that the maximum liquid fill mark has not been exceeded. If you are processing
liquid above the maximum fill line then it is possible for liquid to leak down through the
central spindle.
