Bloody Mary

A different twist to the Bloody Mary.
Makes about 6 servings

Serve each glass with a stick of celery – it will separate if you do not stir.

6 medium tomatoes 
1 lime, peeled
¼ red pepper
¼ jalapeño
30g parsley
1 stalk celery
2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sea salt
4 drops hot sauce
150ml vodka

1. Turn the Cuisinart® Juice Extractor to speed 2. Turn the unit on and juice the tomatoes and lime.

2. Increase to speed 4 and juice the peppers, parsley and celery.

3. Stir juice and add to a jug.  Add the remaining ingredients.  Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. 
Pour over ice and serve immediately.
