Veggie Juice Plus

A rainbow of veggies, chock full of nutrients, all in one glass.

1 tomato
½ cucumber 
½ lemon, peeled 
1 handful parsley
3 to 4 kale leaves
½ medium beetroot
2 carrots

1. Turn the Cuisinart® Juice Extractor to speed 2. Turn the unit on and juice the tomato.

2. Increase to speed 3 and juice the cucumber and lemon.

3. Increase to speed 5 and juice the parsley, kale, beetroot and carrots.

4. Stir juice and serve immediately.
