charging
•
Ensure charger power cord is plugged in to the AC power outlet.
•
Ensure DC connector is plugged into the back of the charger
•
Ensure battery is properly seated in the charger bay.
•
If repeated attempts to charge the battery have failed, the battery
may be faulty. Replace the battery.
•
The charger may have a faulty power cord and/or power brick.
Replace the power cord and/or power brick.
Charger LED
indicator not
working
•
Ensure charger power cord is plugged in to the AC power outlet.
•
Ensure battery is properly seated in the charger bay.
•
The charger may have a faulty power cord and/or power brick.
Replace the power cord and/or power brick.
8.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Single-bay battery charger carries a 3-years warranty from the date of shipment on
workmanship and all defects of material except batteries. Should your product prove to
have such defects within
three years
from the date of shipment,
ST Technologies
®
will
repair or replace the product or component part without charge. Should your Single-bay
battery charger need servicing under this warranty, please contact
ST Technologies
®
for
return authorization documentation. You should carefully pack product in a sturdy carton
and ship it to the factory. Please include a note describing the defects, your name,
telephone number and a return address. Warranty does not cover equipment subject to
misuse, accidental damage, and normal wear and tear. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
POST WARRANTY REPAIRS:
You may return your product(s) for repair, shipping prepaid
to the factory. Your product will be inspected and an estimate of repair charges will be
submitted to you for approval. Payment must be received before repairs are completed.
