Weekly switch-off the boiler and proceed as follows:
- Open the fire box door and remove the ash drawer from under the burner. Empty out all the ash taking care
that there are no hot ashes (fig. A).
- Pull out the ash drawer on the left side (Fig. B). Empty all the ash, making sure that there are no embers.
- Carefully remove all ash from the bottom to avoid malfunctionings (fig. C).
- Place the ash drawer back in its seat.

Weekly remove the upper protection panel and rotate all cleaning brushes using appropriate handles (A) until
all ash has fallen into the below collecting drawer. Now remove the burst-protecting plate by loosening the
relative wingnuts (B) and suck all fuel residue pres ent inside the fumes conduit (C) using the provided flexible
tube to be connected to your vacuum cleaner. In t his operation it is important to also clean the cavity (D)
arriving at combustion fan as shown in figure.

Frequently check the conditions of the seal fastened along the internal border of the hearth door to ensure air
tight closing.
Note: verify seal hold by placing a sheet of paper between the closed door and the frame: when trying to
remove it, make sure that it is possible but difficult. If this is not the case, cont act an authorised S ervice Cent re
to have the seal replaced.
