Artichoke Hummus
Enjoy as a dip with falafel, as a sandwich spread, or serve alongside vegetable crudités.
Makes 3 cups
• 1 cup cannellini beans,
drained and rinsed
• 1 cup canned chickpeas,
drained and rinsed
• 1 cup jarred marinated artichoke hearts,
drained
• 5 tablespoons artichoke marinade liquid
• 1 handful fresh basil
• 4 tablespoons tahini paste
• 4 tablespoons olive oil, or more to thin
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• Water, to thin

. Make sure Food Processor is unplugged.
2. Assemble Food Processor; add the processing blade to the spindle.
3. Add all ingredients to the processing bowl.
4. Lock lid into position on the food processor bowl.
5. Plug cord into electric outlet.
6. PULSE to combine hummus ingredients. Continue to process on LOW until the desired
consistency is achieved.
