Belt Accelerator - Electric Drive

Refer to belt guard bracket locations on page 7.
Using the two spacers D , 5/16" X 1½" carriage bolts,
lock washers, and hex nuts, assem ble chain guard
C to head fram e side A as shown.
Attach wood idler E to chain guard C on head fram e
A as shown using a ½" x 3 ½" carriage bolt, eight
flat washers as spacers, and secure with a flat
washer, lock washer, and hex nut.
Refer to Figure #3 to assem ble sprockets and chain.
Attach front plate F to guard assem bly C using
5/16" x 3/4" washer head self tapping screws.
Refer to Figure #2 and attach belt guard brackets G
to head fram e side B using 5/16" x 1 1/2" carriage
bolts, flat washers, lock washers, and hex nuts.
Attach the belt guard assem bly
H on the other end of
brackets G using 5/16" x 1 1/2" carriage bolts, flat
washers, lock washers, and hex nuts.
Bolt the m otor to head fram e using 3/8" x 1 1/2"
HHCS, flat washers, hex nuts, and lock washers.
Refer to
Figure #3 to assem ble and align sprockets
and chains. Attach front plate I to belt guard
assem bly H using 5/16" x 3/4" washer head self
tapping screws.
