Electronic Temperature Control – Illuminated temperature control
used for setting the water temperatures on the stove.
On- Off-On water proof switch servicing the combustion blower and
light.
High temperature auto reset snap disk. Snaps at 190°F and
automatically turns back on at 160°F in case of stove overheating.
