CHOCOLATY CARAMELIZED BANANA DUTCH BABY

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter, divided
3 Goldhen Large Eggs
1 tablespoon Stonemill Pure Vanilla
¼ cup Friendly Farms 2% Milk
¼ cup Friendly Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
½ cup Baker’s Corner All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Baker’s Corner Brown Sugar
¼ teaspoon ground Stonemill Sea Salt Grinder
¼ teaspoon Stonemill Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon SimplyNature Organic Ground Cinnamon, divided
2 tablespoons SimplyNature Organic Wildflower Honey
3 bananas, peeled and cut on the bias
4 ounces Baker’s Corner Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels, melted
Baker’s Corner Powdered Sugar, for garnish
Directions:
1.
Heat oven to 400° F. Place 3 tablespoons butter into fry pan and place in oven on lowest
rack. Melt butter for 5 minutes or until completely melted.

Meanwhile, in a blender, combine eggs, vanilla, milk, cream, flour, sugar, salt, nutmeg
and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Blend for 1 minute.

Remove pan from oven and pour batter into pan. Return to oven and cook for 15 min-
utes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a sauté pan, over medium-high heat, add remaining 2 tablespoons butter,
remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon and honey. Stir until combined; add bananas. Caramel-
ize on each side for 5 minutes.
5.
Remove Dutch baby from oven, top with caramelized bananas. Drizzle with melted
chocolate and garnish with desired amount of powdered sugar.
