The integrated size-adjusting system can be adjusted
using a turning knob at the back of one’s head:
smaller = twist clockwise
bigger = twist anti-clockwise

In order to ensure optimum positioning of the helmet, the headband can
be set to two different heights.
•
Pull both retainers from the openings in the polystyrene (fig. 3) and
press these into the new position.
