Location of Jumpers on ST-IO PC Board
NOTE:
The jumpers must be installed in one of the two positions described in step
6. If the jumpers are completely removed, the ST-IO will not function properly.
6. Lift the jumpers from the pins and replace so that that the proper pins are
connected together. (Cover pins 1 and 2 for voltage mode. Cover pins 2 and
3 for closure mode.)
7. Replace the cover by sliding it over the unit and secure with four screws
and washers.
8. Apply power to the ST-IO and poll the network devices again to verify the
mode settings.
Hardware Hookup
Refer to the following hookup diagram. Other than making the power connection
last, complete the connections in any order.
CAUTION:
Use only Crestron power supplies for Crestron equipment. Failure to do
so could cause equipment damage or void the Crestron warranty.
NOTE:
When installing network wiring, refer to the latest revision of the wiring
diagram(s) appropriate for your specific system configuration, available from the
Downloads | Product Manuals | Wiring Diagrams section of the Crestron website
(www.crestron.com).
