Troubleshooting 

The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If

ATC-AMFM2 Troubleshooting 

TROUBLE 

POSSIBLE CAUSE(S) 

CORRECTIVE ACTION 

Tuner muted. 

Mismatched slot. 

Place card in proper slot. 

 

Antenna not connected 
or not connected 
properly. 

Connect antenna according 
to instructions. 

 

Mute

 turned on. 

Press the

Station detuned or weak.

 

Tune station; adjust antenna. 

Cannot access 
tuner card. 

Dusty contacts. 

Clean contacts with swab or 
clean rag. Apply Ethylic 
Alcohol as needed. 

Tuner produces

Connect antenna according
