Installing Creative PC-CAM 880 1-13

Verifying the 
installation in 
Windows 98/98 SE 
and Windows Me

1.

Be sure that Creative PC-CAM 880 is in Camera Mode (LED light is green). If not, press your 
camera’s Mode button.

2.

Right-click the 

My Computer

 icon on your desktop.

3.

On the menu that appears, click 

Properties

.

4.

In the 

System Properties

 dialog box, click the 

Device Manager

 tab.

5.

Click the plus (+) sign next to the 

Imaging Device

 icon.

The entries “Creative PC-CAM 880 (Camera)” and “Creative PC-CAM 880 (Video)” should appear.

installation in 
Windows 2000 & 
XP

1.

Be sure that Creative PC-CAM 880 is in Camera Mode (LED light is green). If not, press your 
camera’s Mode button.

Right-click on
