from the slit in the tool head, with scissors. Tie the ends of the two pieces of
thread together.
Note:
You can change threads according to your taste. Follow the same
instructions. For example: Wrap one-third of the strand with one color,
one-third with a second color and the last third with a third color. You can also
add beads at the end of each color for decoration.
* To decorate wrapped strands of hair, you can thread a bead before and after the
wrap. See the instructions and suggestions for hair styling below, under the
heading “Decorated Wraps”.
Threading a Bead
Now that you have learned how, here are some ideas for hairstyles that you can
create for yourself and your friends...
1. Brush your hair thoroughly. Thread a bead onto the flexible metal loop on the
head of the special threading needle and push it until it is next to the plastic
handle. See figure 9.
2. Wet a small strand of hair and insert it into metal loop. See figure 10.
3. Push the bead away from the handle, towards the end of the loop until it slides
over your hair, off the loop and is threaded onto the strand of hair.

4. Release the loop from the hair. See figure 12.
Decorated “Wraps”
1. Brush your hair thoroughly. Thread one or more beads using the special
threading needle (see “Threading a bead”).
2. Prepare a hair wrap with the hair strand threaded with a bead.
3. Thread another bead at the end and fasten it with a rubber band or use a
clip-on bead.
Bead “Wraps”
1. Brush your hair thoroughly. Choose the colors of beads you want and thread
them one after another onto a wet strand of hair (see “Threading a bead”), in
the order you choose.
2. Fasten the end of the wrap with a rubber band or a clip-on bead and show off
your beautiful bead wrap!
Wrapped Half-Up
1. Loosen your hair and brush it.
2. Gather the front half of your hair and pull it back, tying it with a rubber band.
See figure 13.
3. Divide the gathered hair into strands, and wrap them with threads.
See figure 14.
Use one or more colors to create a cool, colorful half-up.
Wrapped “Snail Curls”
1. Prepare a few hair strands wrapped in threads. See figure 15.
2. Twist the wrapped strands into little “snail curls”, and attach them to your head.
Tie each snail curl with a rubber band. See figure 16.
3. You can make one curl, a few around your head, several in a rainbow shape, or
fill your head with colorful snail curls! See figures 17 and 18.
Two Pigtails with Wraps
1. Brush your hair thoroughly. Part your hair in the middle of the head from the
top to the bottom. See figure 19.
2. Gather your hair into two tight pigtails, one on each side.
3. Using the wrapping device, wrap 4 strands of hair in each pigtail. See figure 20.
4. Add threading beads and snap-on beads.
“Queen” Style Wrap
1. Divide your hair in the front to make thin sections, leaving most of your hair
loose in the back.
2. Pull the front hair strands back and gather them with rubber bands. Decorate
each ponytail with a bead, close to the rubber band. See figure 21.
3. Use the wrapping tool to make wraps from all the strands you gathered in the
rubber bands. See figures 22 and 23.
The wraps will dangle in back over your loose hair, in an especially festive style.
Ponytail and “Rebellious” Wraps
1. Brush your hair thoroughly and gather it in a ponytail.
2. Gently pull out small strands of hair on both sides in front. See figure 24.
3. Thread a bead on the top of each strand (see “Threading a bead” ).
4. Using the wrapping tool, gently wrap the strands and fasten the wrap with a
rubber band or a snap-on bead. See figure 25.
Your hairstyle is ready!
You can shake your ponytail and the two wrapped “get-away” strands.
Dancer-Style Beaded Hair
1. Brush your hair thoroughly and gather it into a ponytail. See figure 26.
2. Twist the ponytail onto your head. See figure 27.
3. Continue twisting it until it becomes a bun. See figure 28.
4. Tuck the end of the twisted ponytail under the rubber band, and tighten the ball
around it with another rubber band.
5. Decorate the bun with colorful snap-on beads. See figure 29.
Now all you have to do is start dancing...
Triple Braid Wrap
1. Using the wrapping tool, wrap three adjacent strands of hair, all the same
length. We recommend using a different color thread for each strand.
See figure 30.
2. Make a regular braid with the three wrapped strands, alternately crossing the
strands on the right and the left over the center strand. See figure 31.
3. Fasten the end of the braid with a rubber band. See figure 32.
Zigzag Pigtails
1. Brush your hair thoroughly.
2. Using a comb, make a zigzag line by parting the hair on a diagonal, first to the
right and then to the left and so on. See figure 33.
3. Gather the hair into two tight pigtails, one on each side. See figure 34.
4. Make one or more hair wraps with the strands of hair in the pigtails.
5. Decorate the zigzag line with clasping beads. See figure 35.
