LEVELLER
- Menu choices in the display is [L]
A brief description of the menu choices available by SW1 and SW2 are shown in Table 2 for
Levellers, below.
The table shows information about the function of the SW1 button (which is different in the
different menus) and if it is possible to store values in the internal memory within the menu.
In menus L02 and L05 it is also possible to reset the counters. This is done by pressing the
LEFT BUTTON (SW1), and then by storing the new value as 0 back to the internal memory by
first pressing SW2 and then simultaneously pressing SW1 (meaning both buttons are pressed
at the same time).
In menus L06 and L07,
the service
interval
is set. It is the number of leveller cycles (x1000)
or operating time (in days) that trigs the
service-warning lamp
indicating
time for service.
SW1 increases the value by 1 unit. By setting a service interval to 0, the function is disabled
and the
service-warning lamp
will not indicate
time for service
for this service interval.
Since the Service interval, in number of leveller cycles, is set in menu L06, one needs to
reset L02 at service.
Since the Service interval, in operating time, is set in menu L07, one needs to reset L05
at service.
With the help of menu L01, it is possible to see the
error log
leveller
that is present in the
system.
The error log contains important information about errors that recently appeared on the
leveller.
While troubleshooting the leveller you can find important information in this menu. If you need
to contact CPAB-helpdesk regarding the control unit and/or software it is important to write
down the information in the error log.
When you enter menu L01 you see the error code for the most recently occurred error in the
system. With SW1 you could step backwards in the error log. When you have reached the
oldest error code (number 15) you see the message
“End”
.
If SW1 is pressed for more then 2 seconds in the [L] menu then you will go back to the start
menu.
How to erase the error log
Step to menu L0
1
with SW1. Enter with SW2. Now press SW2 and then SW1, keep them
pressed simultaneously for a couple of seconds. When the buttons is released, you will see
the message “End”. The error log is now erased and the change is saved.
These settings will not disappear after a power reset.
