PRE-DIALING AT THE ON-HOOK STATE
Enter a phone number and press the
RD
key. In the case of any input mistakes, use DEL to correct.
USING THE DEL KEY
In the setting mode, use it to correct any input mistakes when setting the Auto IP; use it to quit a
setting in other cases. In the Pre-dialing mode, use it to correct any input mistakes. When scrolling
incoming calls, use
DEL
to delete a phone number. Press and hold it for 4 seconds will delete all
the incoming calls.
RING SELECTION
When both lines at the on-hook state, press
RING
to choice the line which shown on LCD
L1
RING
or
L2 RING
. Use
UP/DOWN
to select the ring for two lines.
VIP NUMBERS SETTING
At the on-hook state, press
“VIP
” key to make the VIP logo (Lock symbol) ON or OFF when
checking the incoming calls of line 1. The VIP numbers could not be deleted only if press
“VIP”
key again to cancel the logo.
AUTO REDIAL
If the line is busy when you dial a number at the hand-free state, press
REDIAL/BACK
, and the
number is automatically dialed every 6 seconds. The telephone will ring when you are connected.
Press the
Hand-free
key or pick up the handset to answer the phone. Abort the automatic dialing
by pressing any key. The
REDIAL / BACK
function could be only active in line 1 except any line
not in the hold state.
CALL TIME
The display shows the duration of a call in progress since a number has been dialed out. Manual
control is not available.
PABX EXIT CODE (only on line 1)
When re-dialing an incoming call at the length of less than 6 digits, PABX exit code is not added;
When re-dialing an incoming call at the length of 5 digits or more, PABX exit code is added
automatically if the first number of call is different from the code you have set. Press twice to add
“0” at beginning of the area code if it has not been set (the telephone should be unlocked.) When
