Main modes

USA

− To enable the measurement of your heart rate, wear the

pulse watch so that the back of the casing is in contact
with your wrist.

− To access heart rate mode, push the sensor ring

for

approx. 5–8 seconds regardless of the mode you are
currently in.

The display

will switch to the heart rate indicator.

After a brief measurement interval, the display will show
your current heart rate.
