The “BIRTH” display will appear.
11. Enter your year of birth by pressing the “ST./STP.” button (forward) or
“LAP/RESET” button (backward).
12. Press the “VIEW” button to confirm your selection.
The “GENDER” display will appear.
13. Confirm whether you are male (“MALE”) or female (“FEMALE”) by
pressing the “ST./STP.” button or “LAP/RESET” button.
14. Press the “VIEW” button to confirm your selection.
The “HEIGHT” display will appear.
15. Enter your height by pressing the “ST./STP.” button (forward) or
“LAP/RESET” button (backward).
16. Press the “VIEW” button to confirm your selection.
The “WEIGHT” display will appear.
