9. Light Kit Assembly.

motor housing
Remove 1 screw from post in motor plate
on underside of motor housing and
partially loosen the other 2 screws.
Connect male plug from motor housing to
female plug from light kit fitter, matching
up the colors on the male plug with the
colors on the female plug for correct fit. Be
sure that the plugs connect completely.
Align slotted holes in center of light kit
fitter with loosened screws in motor plate.
Twist light kit fitter to lock. Re-insert screw
that was previously removed and tighten
all 3 screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Install 1 compact fluorescent13 watt max.
bulbs, size GU24 SquatMax (included).
Important
: When replacing bulb, please
allow bulb and glass shade to cool down
before touching.

Align grooves on glass shade with nodules
on inside of light kit fitter and push up
gently on glass shade. Twist glass shade to
the RIGHT (clockwise) until glass shade locks
into place.
Pull down VERY GENTLY on glass shade to
make sure that glass shade is secure.
