Connection Test
To Access
Press the ‘Service’ button on the rear of the
Alio Pro card reader
Enter the password code “
3944
” and then press the Yellow arrow
(Note: This password code and functionality may be subject to change in future software releases)

’ Icon and then ‘
Diagnostics
’ Icon followed by the ‘
Connection Test
’ Icon
The Alio Pro card reader will now run a Network Connection Check
Connection Test Pass
Connection Test Fail
•
Check LAN cable for damage
•
Check LAN fully plugged into the ETH socket on Alio Pro card reader.
•
Check LAN fully plugged into the ETH socket on Host Port.
•
Ask local IT to check the Host Port network connections.
