Water continues
being discharged
even after the
bidet is shut off.
•
Water will flow out from between the nozzle after cleansing, this is not a malfunction,
that is how the nozzle self-cleansing normally functions.
•
The water droplets from due to condensation created by the heating or the water, this
is not a malfunction.
After plugging the
product the nozzle
does not spray out
water very long.
•
Have more than 20 seconds elapsed
since the power plug was plugged in?
•
Water flows out of the nozzle for 20
seconds until the water temperature is
adjusted.
The bidet does
not work when
any of the control
panel buttons are
pressed.
•
Are you sitting out of range of the seat
sensor?
•
When the bidet seat is up or the seat
sensor does not sense someone's
presence, the control panel buttons will
not work.
Sit down properly on the bidet.
•
Is the Seat Sensor Lock Mode set to on?
•
When the seat sensor lock mode is 'on'
and if you sit down on the bidet seat, the
control buttons will not work. Set the seat
sensor lock mode to 'off'.
•
Are the batteries in the remote control
old?
•
Put new batteries in the remote control.
When bidet eco mode is set, you may feel that the seat is relatively cold when taking a
seat. If bidet eco mode is cancelled, the last set temperature is maintained.
