Is the power plug disconnected?
•
Plug the product into an electrical outlet.
•
Is there a power outage?
•
Check whether or not there is a power
outage.

Is the product turned off?
•
Plug the power button to turn on the
product.
No water is being
discharged.

Is the water supply valve closed?
•
Open the water supply valve.
•
Is the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
•
Use a toothbrush to clear the nozzle
apertures of any foreign substances.
•
Was the product just installed?
•
Check if there is a water outage.
The water pressure
is too low.
•
Is the water pressure not being operated
strongly enough?
•
Increase the water pressure with the
remote control so that it is strong enough.
•
Is the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
•
Use a toothbrush to clear the nozzle
apertures of any foreign substances.
•
Is the filter clogged with foreing
substances?
•
Remove, clean and properly reinstall the
filter.
Neither the seat
nor the water are
warm.
•
Is the seat/water temperature setting set
to off?
•
Press the seat/water temperature button
to adjust the temperature setting.
The air flowing out
of the dryer is cold.

Is the air dryer temperature setting set to
off?
•
Press the 'Dry Temp.' button to adjust the
temperature setting.
Water is leaking
out of the product
except for from the
nozzle.

Is water leaking from the T-shaped
connector?
•
Check that the rubber washers are
inserted in the T-shaped connector, then
firmly retighten the nuts on the connector.
•
Is water leaking from the bidet hose
connectors?
•
Check that the bidet hose is connected
correctly, then insert the hose completely
into the bidet's hose connector.
•
Is water leaking from the MF filter?
•
Check whether the filter is loose and
whether there are any foreign objects
lodged in between the filter and the
product. If so, tighten or clean the filter.
•
If the filter is damaged, contact a service
center.
Malfunctions are often caused by incorrect operation of the product, not product defects. Check the
following items to confirm that the bidet is not being operated incorrectly in order to resolve such
problems without assistance from a service center. If you cannot resolve problems after going through
the following items, please contact a service center.
