BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1.
Remove all of the various packaging,
stickers or accessories from both
the inside and outside of the kettle.
2.
Adjust the length of the cord by winding it under the base. Wedge the
cord into the notch.
BOILING WATER
1.
Open the lid of the kettle, add water and close the lid. Note: You
must add at least enough water to go above the Min level but less
than the Max level.
2.
Plug the base into the electrical outlet and place the filled kettle
onto the base. The kettle is on standby and only the I/O and + & -
buttons can be used.

Choose the desired water temperature:
4. At any time during the boiling process, you can increase or
decrease the desired water temperature by pr or –.
5. Once the water reaches the desired temperature, the kettle stops
the process. After approximately 2 minutes, the LED display turns
off and the kettle returns to standby mode.
•
Boil water
:
Press I/O. The kettle will begin the boiling process.
•
Heat water to a specific water temperature
:
Press + or – and a
temperature appears on the LCD starting with 104°F. Press + or –
again to increase or decrease the desired water temperature.
Press I/O and the kettle begins to heat the water.
Note: If you don’t press I/O within 10 seconds, the kettle returns
to standby mode.

HOLDING HOT WATER AT A SPECIFIC TEMPERATURE
1. Fill with water up to Max level.
2. Press the Keep Warm button and press + or – to increase or decrease the
desired water temperature.
Note: The highest temperature that the kettle can hold is 194°F.
3. Press I/O. The kettle starts the boiling process. When the water reaches the
desired temperature, the kettle holds the water at that temperature for 4 hours.
Note: If you don’t press I/O within 10 seconds, the kettle returns to standby
mode.
At any time during the boiling process, you can increase or decrease the desired
water temperature by pr or –.
