INSTALLATION / MOBILE HOME STANDARDS

1.

Mobile home code requires the pellet stove be bolted to the floor regardless of whether it has
legs or is mounted on its optional pedestal.

2.

A pellet stove must be electrically grounded to the steel frame of the mobile home.

3.

A pellet stove must have an outside combustion air source installed in a mobile home.

4.

CAUTION:

THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE MOBILE HOME (floors, walls,

ceilings and roof) MUST BE MAINTAINED.

5.

WARNING:

DO NOT INSTALL A PELLET STOVE IN A SLEEPING AREA.

6.

Check any other local building codes as they apply.
