connection.
Polarity reverse
Place proper polarity.
Check DC fuse. If
broken, replace the
same rating fuse.
DC fuse broken Check DC output fuse

Make sure the
ventilation shaft is
not obstructed.
Improve ventilation.
Lower the temperature
