Sawing of circular work pieces
When cutting flat items, it is necessary to check if the item is bent. Turn it as in Illustration 36, otherwise the item will
pinch the blade at the end of the cutting.
Dust bag
The saw contains a dust bag (23). It can be emptied by opening the zipper at the bottom. You may also use dust
suction.
Replacing the saw blade
1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the locking device (16) and release the saw head
carefully.
3. Loosen the screws (21) and fold away the blade guard (6).
4. Press the spindle lock (17) with one hand and turn the blade
with the other until the blade is locked, keep the spindle lock
pressed and use a key to loosen the blade bolt (turn clockwise).
5. Remove the blade bolt and the outer blade flange completely.
6. Remove the saw blade from the inner blade flange and take out the saw blade.
7. Install the new saw blade in the opposite order.
8. Be careful to clean the blade flange and bolt before installing. The rotation direction of the saw blade must
correspond to the arrow on the saw house.
9. Install the sliding blade guard (6) in the opposite order.
10. Make sure that the spindle lock is released.
11. Check that all covers are correctly installed and functioning well before the saw is started.
Note:
The spindle has a diameter of 16 mm and an inset ring is installed together with the original blade which has an
inside diameter of 25.4 mm – Blades with both 16 and 25.4 mm inside diameter can be used.
Caution:
Always make sure that the blade runs freely in all possible settings after you have replaced the saw blade.
Caution:
Remove the key and loosen the spindle lock before the machine is started.
