Troubleshooting guide
The engine will not start.
• The engine switch is set to
OFF
.
• Check that there is fuel and the fuel cut-off valve is open.
• Is the choke set to
CHOKE
?
• Check the oil level. If the oil level is low, the oil level safety cut-off switch
will prevent the generator from starting.
• The air filter is clogged.
The engine will run but
the generator will not
produce electricity. Connected
devices will not work.
• The AC on/off switch (17) is set to
OFF
.
• Make sure that the overvoltage cut-off has not tripped.
• Make sure that the devices are not faulty, are properly connected to
the generator and that the cables are in good condition.
