Sleep mode
1. Turn the fan on.
2. Press [
] (7) until the LED indicator for the Sleep mode is lit.
3. The fan reduces speed successively by changing to a lower
speed setting every 7 minutes until finally staying on fan speed 1.
You cannot change the fan speed manually when the fan is in
Sleep mode.
Oscillation
1. Press [ ] (6) to switch the oscillating action of the fan on.
2. Press the button again to turn off this function.
Timer function
1. Press [ ] (8) to set the time in 30-minute intervals from
30 minutes to 8 hours.
2. The fan will turn off automatically once the set time has
passed. The timer function can be used with any of
the functions described above. The display panel shows
the set timer time for a few seconds before reverting to
displaying the temperature. The picture shows that the timer
is set for 2 hours.
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug the product from the wall
socket before cleaning.
• Wipe the outside of the housing with
a clean, damp cloth. Use only mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or
corrosive chemicals.
• Always unplug the fan and store it in
a dry, dust-free environment out of
children’s reach whenever it is not to be
used for an extended period.
Cleaning the air intake filter
If the air intake filter needs cleaning it can be
removed and vacuum-cleaned (see fig.).
