Use
1. First check that the soldering iron’s rated voltage agrees with the main voltage.
2. Check that the soldering iron’s tip is tightened and the screws are securely
fastened.
3. Plug the power lead into a wall socket.
4. Check that the tip’s terminals are clean and not damaged.
5. Cover the heated tip by pushing it in tin.
6. Use the soldering iron to heat up the soldering surfaces, not the tin.
7. Add a sufficient amount of tin in the joint and thereafter let the joint cool off.
8. Clean the tip with a wet sponge while it is still warm.
9. Disconnect the soldering iron and let it cool off by itself.
Disposal
Sort and recycle products instead of disposing of them. All
machines, hoses and packing material should be sorted and
handled according to local environmental regulations.
