. Preparation before assembly: After unpacking the carton, remove the plastic
tie and the bubble bags with scissors. Please protect all parts in the box If
assembled on the floor, cover the floor with paper or carpet to prevent
scratches. Pay attention to distinguish between parts and components. Then
remove the inner carton and take out the parts and put them away. The carton
contains bulk parts as shown in figure 1: 1. iron basket, 2. t-shaped handle
assembly, 3. main frame assembly, 4. toolkit, 5. 8-inch wheel assembly, 6. upper
folding rod assembly, 7. leg cushion assembly, 8. bulk parts package

As shown in figure 2 below, the toolkit contains: A1: 5mm hex wrench, A2: 6mm
hex wrench A3: outer hexagon wrench
As shown in figure 3 below, the bulk parts package contains: B1: carriage bolts
M10 × 58, B2: outer hexagon screw M8 × 45, B3: standard head hexagon socket
screw M6 × 35, B4: M8 five-star knob, B5: iron dust cap, B6: M8 self-locking nut,
B7: M10 five-star knob, B8: magic tape tie, B9: M6 self-locking nut, B10: φ8.5mm
flat gasket, B11: φ8.5mm spring washer, B12: M8 nut cap, B13: φ6.2mm flat
gasket, B14: standard head hexagon socket screw M8 × 240

. Assembly instructions: (please refer to the part number and name in figure
3 for assembly) :
Step 1: As shown in figure 4, take out the standard head hexagon socket
screw M6 × 35, φ6.2mm flat gasket and M6 self-locking nut to fix joint bearing
assembly.
Step 2: As shown in figure 5, first lock the upper folding rod assembly to the
hole of the lower folding assembly with M10 × 58 carriage screw and M10
five-star knob nut, then press and fix the spring quick-release components.

Step 3: As shown in figure 6, insert the t-shaped handle assembly into the
tube of the upper folding rod assembly, then use the M8 five-star knob and
outer hexagon screw M8 × 45 to align the corresponding holes for locking.
Step 4: As shown in figure 7, please assemble the front wheel and rear wheel
components in the order of the parts in the figure, and refer to figure 3 for
assembly of the corresponding parts.
