Besue Sabbat E12 Ultra Wireless Earbuds
1. Low Power Protection of Charging Case
The charging case has “Low Power Protection” which will be activated and disable
charging function if the case NOT been charged for more than 30 Days after power
exhausted or in very low level. Please give Fully Charging after received and, recharge
the case NOT longer than 30 Days after power exhausted or in very low level.
2. Water Proof
The product comply with IPX5 standard to bear sweat or even drizzle, but it should NOT
be used in heavy rain, shower or even immerse in water. Such improper use may damage
internals and cause volume unbalanced on left/right or even no sound out at all.
3. First Pairing
After find “Sabbat E12 Ultra”, click to connect and there will be a “Bluetooth Pairing
Request” which MUST be accepted. (Display may vary on difference devices especially
systems)
After connected there will be two “Sabbat E12 Ultra” on the device which shows as
“Connected” and “Not Connected” which is Normal. (Display may vary on difference
devices especially systems)
4. Pairing Issue
Situation listed below should be considered as pairing issue and recommended to contact
Costou.com directly:
Earbuds can’t be discovered by device
Earbuds can’t connect to device
One earbud works fine but the other not
Note:
System incompatibility between earbuds and device should be considered. Try the
earbuds on another device if available.
