Sensor Unit Replacement
(1) Check that the Gas Detector is turned OFF, remove all 4 AA
batteries, then remove the three screws on the top cover.
(2) Pull the top cover upward slowly. Do not turn the Gas Detector
upside down, and do not remove the top cover roughly.
Otherwise, the sensor unit may fall. The pump unit may be
disconnected, depending on the operating situation of the Gas.
Detector. In that case, remove the pump unit from the top
cover and mount the pump unit to the Gas Detector.
(3) Pinch the head of the oxygen sensor unit on the center side
of the Gas Detector, and slowly pull up and remove the head.
(4) Remove the sensor packing on the oxygen sensor unit and
attach the sensor packing to the new oxygen sensor unit.
