Step 1

Position the bottom shelf supports (18) between the wheel leg frame (14) and leg

frame (13) with leg frame tabs facing inside.

Step 2

Align holes at each end of the cross bar (15) with the holes on leg frames,secure

the cross bar to the leg frames with two screws (A) and two steel washers (G).
