1. Improper installation of central 
holder. 
2. Top cover installed in wrong 
place. 
3. Cup, central holder and main 
body installed in incorrectly. 

1. Install central/middle holder in 
the proper place. 
2. Install top cover in the proper 
place. 
3. Install each part in the proper 
place. 

Motor gives 
off 
unpleasant 
smell at the 
first few 
times of use. 

It is normal. 

If after repeated use and the smell 
persists, send the juicer to the 
nearest Customer Care Centre. 

The juicer 
stops when 
operating. 

1. Voltage is too low. 
2. Excessive ingredients. 
3. Pushing the pusher with 
excessive force. 
4. Motor overheat protection 
activated. 

1. Check if the voltage is too low. 
2. Disconnect the power and take 
out the surplus ingredients. 
3. Push the food pusher gently. 
4. Restart operation after stopping 
for 20-30 minutes. 

Excessive 
juice pulp 
contained in 
the juice. 

1. The sieve might be broken. 
2. Too much juice pulp gathered 
in the central holder. 

1. Check and replace the sieve. 
2. Clean the central holder.

5. Tighten sieve and central holder. 

Too less juice 

1. Too much juice pulp trapped in 
the central holder. 
2. Food pusher pressed with 
excessive force. 

1. Clean the central holder. 
2. Press the pusher with proper 
force.
