3.14.1
Hydraulic Oil
OBLIGATION: Do not spill any oil and make the environment and the disposal
of the existing rules.
3.14.2 Verifying oil level
DANGER: The hydraulic oil can reach high temperatures, especially after a
day
of work: avoid substituting the oil when it is hot to avoid the risk of burning
yourself.
Every 8 hours
Check the level of hydraulic oil in the tank
To verify the correct hydraulic oil level, the machine will be placed on a flat
surface, with the body closed and self-loading arm lowered to the ground,
if
any.
The engine must be started for a few minutes (about 5 min.) In such a
way
that the oil has a temperature of 40 ° C.
The correct level is obtained when
the oil reaches the line of MAX ,
take care all cylinders are closed(v.
Fig. 43).
3.14.3
Restoring Level
•
Unscrew the "A" tank "B";
•
Reset. the level adding specific
oil from the hole of the breather
cap "A";
•
Screw the pin "A"
•
Press briefly levers driving and
control levers;
Stop the engine and check the oil
