Maintenance and Safety Instructions
1.
Always turn off light fixture and
unplug from outlet prior to performing
any maintenance.
2. Saltwater spray and salt creep can
create an electrical and fire safety
hazard if allowed to collect on fixture.
To prevent hazard, use over covered
aquarium only and clean fixture
regularly.
Wipe exterior of fixture
down with a clean, freshwater
dampened towel. Then dry thoroughly
with a second dry towel.
Lamp Replacement Instructions
1. To replace lamps, first remove acrylic
lens retainer from end of fixture.
2. Slide acrylic lens out of fixture.
3. Rotate lamp(s) so that pins are in
vertical position before removing.
4. Replace with new lamp(s) and rotate
lamps so that pins are in horizontal
position.
5. Replace acrylic lens and lens retainer
when complete.

Suggested lamp pairings:
• 10,000K and Actinic: Freshwater, saltwater and reef aquariums
• 6,700K and Colormax: Freshwater and live plant aquariums.
