Problem

Possible cause

Inadequate cooling

Temperature setting is too high.

Lower the set temperature.

The air filter is clogged with dust.

Clean the air filter.

Loud or vibrates

The base is not adequately firm or flat. Place the appliance on a flat, 

firm base.

Sound

The sound comes from the flowing 
of the coolant in the air-conditioner.
