wireless devices in the

Interference from 4 GHz 

cordless phone. 
 

– Make sure the Cool Boss Audio 
System is set to BT mode. BT should 

be illuminated on the Cool Boss 

audio panel. 
– Verify your smart device is paired 
with the Cool Boss Audio System 

and the Bluetooth function is active. 
– Perform the Bluetooth Pairing 

procedure again. 
– Place your Bluetooth device closer 

to the Cool Boss – it may be out of 

range. 
– Move your Bluetooth device and 
the Cool Boss away from wireless 

sources – you may be experiencing 

interference. 
– Turn the Cool Boss Audio System 

off then on again. 
– If you have multiple Bluetooth 

Devices, verify you are connected to 
the correct device. 
– In heavy Wi-Fi traffic areas, multiple 

signals in close proximity to the Cool 

Boss may take up a lot of the 
frequency spectrum and the 

Bluetooth may not have any available 

spectrum to utilize. 
– Move or replace the 4 GHz 
cordless phone
