Attention: Do not put any forks, knives or spoons into the bowl dur-
ing mixer operation.

The maximum continuous operation time must not exceed 5
minutes. If you need to use the mixer for a longer time, wait
until the appliance cools down to room temperature (which
takes about 5 minutes) after every 5 minutes of continuous use.
For best results when mixing batter for yeast-raised cakes, we
recommend that you start mixing at a low speed, then increase
the speed to the maximum at the end of the process.

After you have finished using the appliance, move the
OFF/
PUSH
button to the
OFF
position and disconnect the appli-
ance from the mains.

If mixed products need to be scraped off a beater or an agitator,
use a wooden spatula.

Hold the handle with one hand and the attachments with the
other hand. Pull and remove the attachments from the sockets.
Attention: Remove the attachments only when the OFF/PUSH switch
is in the OFF position, and the appliance has been disconnected from
the mains.
7.3 Useful tips
1.
Before refrigerated products (such as butter) are mixed, they
need to be removed in advance from the refrigerator long
enough for the product to reach room temperature.
2.
To make sure that no eggshells or spoiled eggs get into the bowl
in which food products are to be mixed, break eggs over anoth-
er vessel and then pour them into the bowl.
3.
Always start mixing ingredients at the lowest speed. Slowly in-
crease the mixing speed until the required speed is achieved.
